+ 5:12 p.m (2 weeks later)

Jungkook sipped his hot choco slowly whilst waiting for Taehyung patiently. "What's up bro?"

Taehyung took a seat right in front of him. "Have you told her?" Jungkook looked a messed.

With his dark circles and his tired facial, he totally a mess. His messy hair and his shirt from last few days.

"Wow! What happens to you?" Taehyung was blinking his eyes in surprise.

"That is not the point, have you told her?" He gets impatiently at Taehyung.

Taehyung simply nodded his head, "I've to act like I'm a jerk! To convince her, you knew I'm not a jerk right."

"I bet she must be scared of me and felt disgusting to me." Jungkook threw his sight aside to avoided Taehyung sharp gaze.

"You're so stupid Jeon Jungkook, she never said she scared of you or feel disgusting. Besides, she really loves you." Taehyung heaved a heavy sighed.

He felt sympathy towards his childhood buddy. He grew up with Jungkook, he knew his buddy very well.

He still remembers when he was ten, how Jungkook safe his life when he stole an orange from a hawker side of the walk.

He barely can feed himself and homeless. Jungkook brought him back to his massive mansion. He was really thankful for him.

He knew Jungkook is a cannibal, but that doesn't make him hate Jungkook. Jungkook safe his life and his mother.

He enrolls him in the best university in town and made his success in his life.

He knew how much Jungkook loves his wife. He willing to give anything to her.

His buddy has sacrificed a lot for him and his family. But now Jungkook wants Taehyung to destroy his own marriage.

He can't do that.

He hurts his own buddy.

"I can't be with her Taehyung. You know what Jimin did to her, it is because of me!" Jungkook softly sobbed.

Taehyung didn't remember when the last time he saw his buddy crying.

"You're such an irresponsible man Jungkook! You left your own wife while she is pregnant! When the moment she really need you by her side!"

Jungkook slowly lifted up his face and looked at Taehyung deeply in his eyes.

He never saw Taehyung that serious in his life.

He knew that Taehyung is a cheerful person with a bright personality.

"You are cowards!" Taehyung quietly whispered as he gazed at Jungkook.

Jungkook scoffed sarcastically, "I'm not a coward Taehyung!"

"So what you are? I don't give a damn Jungkook! You better do something right in your life before you destroyed it worsts and before she really hates you in the future."

Jungkook slightly smiled, "I love her too, love her so much until I willing to let her go. I can't be with her. I might hurt her like Jimin did."

Taehyung sat up from his seat and his gazed still on Jungkook.

He was stared down at the cup seeing his own reflection in the water.

"You wanted to eat her Jungkook!? Are you insane?" He asked Jungkook.

"I'm hungry for her, that's why I let her go. I can't get near her Taehyung. I just can't! Her scent is so sweet, I want her warm blood flow down through my throat. I want her." His hands were shaking and his body was shivering.

Taehyung shook his head in surprise, he still can't believe his buddy craved for his own wife.

"What the hell is wrong with you Jungkook? This is not right! Did Mr. Chul give you the pills?" Taehyung a bit worried about your safety.

Should he protect you from his own trusted buddy? But he knew that Jungkook will never hurt you.

Is that really convincing?

"The pills don't work anymore! It is so weird, I can't control myself when I'm with her." Jungkook spoke again whilst Taehyung still to figure out what's really happening.

"Off I go, think about it Jungkook. Don't make things worst, forget about Hyunwoo. I will handle him."

He walked out of the cafe leaving Jungkook dumbfounded by himself.

Jungkook was so relieved that Taehyung is always by his side when he needs him.

Luckily he had Taehyung to help him with his company and his other works.

All of the business problems are being handled by Taehyung and his other reliable intern.

Taehyung was right, he shouldn't leave Y/n struggle by herself. Y/n got Hyunwoo, Jungkook trusts him.

He really sure that Hyunwoo can protect her from danger and from a cutthroat like himself.

"Should I go and see her? I miss her so much." He mumbled to himself.

+ at home/ Hyunwoo's apartment

+ 4:16 p.m (4 months after the divorced)

You tried your hard to walk by yourself without anyone holding your hands. It's 8 months pregnancy.

Your baby is healthy and from the ultrasound result, you will have a baby girl. "Oh my lord Y/n! I told you not to walk too much."

Hyunwoo catches my arms before I can fall down on the floor. "Oppa! I'm bored and I can't just sit in my room the whole time. I need fresh air and my baby keep kicking."

You gently stroked your big tummy and smiles. You instantly frown, "It would be nice if Jungkook is here with me."

"Hey, remember what your doctor told you? Don't stress out and depress yourself." He leads you to the couch and you slowly sit down.

"Yeah, I knew that, but I really miss him oppa. He promised me that he will never leave me alone again. He broke his promise." You tried to persuade yourself.

Persuade yourself to forget about him. And trying to accept the truth that he left you.

It was over.

Your phone rang and it showed "Taetae"

You immediately smiled and pick up the call. Meanwhile, Hyunwoo goes to the kitchen to get you a drink.

"Hello, Taetae? What's up?"

"Hello babe, I got a surprise for you. Could you come and meet me? Meet me on the rooftop of your apartment."

"A what?! Rooftop? Don't expect me to climb up the stairs you d**k!"

"I thought there was a lift in the building babe?" He slightly chuckles.

"You stupid I barely can walk!!"

"Come on babe, I'm pretty sure that you won't regret it."

"Huh! Fine I will be there in 10 minutes!"

"Make it 5! Someone is being so impatient here." There a familiar voice in the background.

"Who is there?"

"Hurry babe I see you in 5 minutes!"

He quickly ended up the call make you groan in anger.

Taehyung is not a jerk like you thought he would be. He is a nice and cheerful person.

He always convinces me that Jungkook will come back to you.

In 4 months time, it's felt like you already knew him for ages.

He tells you everything about his encounter with Jungkook.

Besides that, he was taking a good care of you in 4 months time.

Accompany you for a checkup and going for a walk.

It was nice to have him as a friend. He is a really good friend.

"Who was that?" You muttered to yourself.
