Sugar, Please!

Ben and Stephney are sitting together. Ben is in deep thought. Stephney looks at his face.

“You don't even have classes today. What are you doing here?” Stephney asks curiously.

“There was a situation…” Ben signs.

Ben doesn’t say anything more. He can't talk about Ravana with Stephney. She shouldn’t know that he was just acting as Ravana's boyfriend. After all, she is Robert's girl. Stephney asks no more and focuses on her study. Ben sits there awkwardly.

In the evening Ben returns home. The shop lady rushes to Ben,

“Ben, you brought a woman home?” She demands.

“Ah! It's not what you are thinking, aunt Joy. There was a bit of a situation.” Ben awkwardly replies.

“Make sure to use protection!” Aunt Joy scolds him.

Ben blushes his cheek out. Ben tries to say something but the lady pays no heed to him and goes blabbing.

"He grew up to have s*x already! He was a little kid when he moved in!"

Ben's ears are as red as tomatoes now. He takes the keys from her and leaves as fast as he can.

Ben opens the door and stands there in silence. His whole room is a mess. The bedsheets are on the ground, clothes on the bed, utensils and used bowls on the table, clothes here and there. He slowly walks in picking up the clothes. He sees the red gown of Ravana on the bed. He becomes surprised.

“Don't tell me... Did she go naked!” Ben panics.

He takes the gown in hand and stares at it. He sees a small note on the table. It says,

"I am taking a pair of your clothes. I will thank you properly when we meet! The soup was tasty."

Ben smiles and starts to clean his room. He checks his cupboards.

“She took my favorite hoodie…” Ben signs.

He goes to bed after eating. The bed smells like Ravana's perfume, he thinks. His body shivers down when he thinks that last night Ravana was sleeping in his room.

"Will anyone believe me if I say this!" Ben mumbles.

He hugs the pillow tightly and can't stop blushing.

Robert sent Ravana’s phone. The phone is full of missed calls and messages from Donzai. Ravana puts the phone down and thinks about what happened yesterday. She can’t sleep.

Ravana has no lack of money in her life now. But she lacks trust. Everyone sees her as a successful and beautiful businesswoman. But no one sees her emptiness. She can't show her vulnerable side to anyone. She can't depend on anyone. Ravana looks at Ben's clothes on the hanger. A flashback of yesterday flashes in her brain. How she almost lost her senses on Ben's shoulder. She doesn’t know what she wants anymore.

“Ain't he too young!... But... (pauses) I wanna spoil him... so much…” She mumbles.

She let her body fall on the bed. She stares at the ceiling. Her room looks too unfamiliar to her now. She feels like she doesn’t belong here at all.
