Chapter 2: Conflicting thoughts

Ben has come to the college for his new language classes. Now that he doesn’t have to work part-time, he can invest this time learning new things. He sits on the last bench and finishes his class without talking to anyone. The guys beside him are talking softly. "Look at her girl, ain't she smokin' hot?" One of the guys says.
Ben also looks at the girl.
“She is indeed attractive.” Ben thinks. “And somewhat looks familiar.” He thinks.
His eyes are about to come out as he realizes.
“She is Robert's girl!!!” Ben mindlessly spouts.
The girl looks behind and sees him too. Now both of them are awkwardly staring at each other. After the classes, they sit somewhere with fewer people.
“Such a coincidence!” Ben says softly.
The girl just looks shocked. She seems to have quite a few friends in college who probably don't know about her job.
“Don't worry, I won't tell anyone anything.” Ben assures her.
“Same.”
“Thank you.”
They sit there awkwardly. Suddenly a girl shouts from afar.
“Hey, Stephney? We will wait at the library for you!”
“Alright. See ya!”
Ben looks at her. He realizes she is living a normal life hiding everything. She is a good student and a beauty at the same time. Pretty popular at the college. Ben breaks the silence.
“:I have only seen coincidences like this happening in movies.”
“Yeah. So how was last night? Did you double your payment?”
Ben's cheeks become pink instantly. He looks the other way.
“Haha!” Ben embarrassedly laughs.
“Don't be embarrassed! Payment is the most respectable thing we get in this field.”
Ben looks at her. She is undoubtedly a beauty. Her smile is too pure to imagine her actual life. Ben's face is covered with unusual seriousness.
“No matter what, we are classmates. So let's start fresh! I am Ben Rowsey.” Ben introduces him.
“Stephney Jakar.”
They smile at each other.
“We are going to the library to prepare for the coming exam. Would you like to join us?” Stephney asks.
Ben nods and they go together.
A few friends of Stephney have kept a seat for her.
“Guys, meet Ben! We met at a family party recently. He is a fun guy!”
Her friends welcome Ben.
Ben was always busy earning his bread and worrying about his tuition fee. Now when he thinks about it, he doesn’t have to worry about the tuition anymore. He never got a chance to make friends, never got a chance to go party with them. He had worked all his youth. He enjoys himself with Stephney's friends. They are all nice people.
Ravana is preparing for a meeting in her cabin. Donzai knocks on the door.
“May I come in?” Donzai says flirtingly.
“The door is open.” Ravana indifferently replies.
Donzai walks in. Ravana is fixing papers and looks at Donzai for a second.
“You want something?”
“Not really. I just wanted to check on you. How are you doing?”
“I am fine.”
“Don't you feel lonely in that huge mansion?”
Donzai sits on the sofa as he talks. Ravana doesn’t bother looking at him and starts to search for something in her drawers.
“There is an empty flat in my area. Why don't you rent that?”
“What's the difference?”
“It's smaller than where you live.”
“The size doesn’t matter. As long as I live alone, it will look huge.”
Donzai looks worriedly at her.
“Wanna move into my studio?”
