It's Saturday. I planned my day today. I will start doing my project in science. word. I wore my yellow crop top with a sunflower design at the center, a white skirt, and white sneakers. I decided to use my beige sling bag and grab some eco-bags. Our city is really strict with the one-time use of plastic and promotes using reusable bags like eco-bags. I walked downstairs to look for Mom and Dad. I went to the kitchen but Mom was not there. I went to the backyard and saw Dad reading the newspaper as he is sitting on the wooden chair of his. “ Dad, I will go to buy something for my project. I will go home as soon as possible” I kissed his cheeks and stand in front of him asking permission.

“ Sure, Darling. Take care. I will tell your Mom.”

“ Thanks, Dad. I'm off” I went out of our house. I walked towards the bus station. The mall is a bit far and I need to ride the bus to get there. While waiting, I opened my phone to see updates about my story. I'm really touched because of the undying support of my readers. They really inspire me to write every day. Their comments touched my heart. After a while, the bus already arrived. I entered and take a seat at the very front on the right side.

While traveling, I am happy to see the view. Our city is not that modernized or industrialized because the government is giving importance to the environment. They promote a green city where we can still enjoy the green scenery. Every infrastructure being build here needs a proper investigation especially to the land or place. They make sure that it will cause less damage to the place and land, and the environment is still in a good shape after construction.

I'm going to miss the town especially the great surroundings. After some minutes, I arrived at my destination, FamCity Mall. I give my payment to the bus driver and thank him for the nice ride. I went out to the bus and walked inside the mall. When I entered the mall, I can see the gold and black motif of the mall. It was a really great combination making the mall sophisticated yet family-friendly. First, I go to the school supplies section. I grabbed what I need like cardboard, construction paper, glue, some paint, and brushes, I picked much more stuff before going to the counter to pay them. I also bought some new pens and a pencil. After the cashier put all my items in my two eco-bags, I immediately went to the Jollibee section of the mall to buy a sundae. I already told my Mom yesterday before going to school that I will buy some stuff for my project. She gave me extra money so that I can buy a sundae. Mom knows very much that it can help boost me to work hard for my projects.

I always buy some sundae every time I have to do some projects or to craft something related to school. I really don't know why but it can really boost my mood to work hard. After waiting in the line and buying it, I decided to sit down first to rest and to savor it. I am eating slowly to savor the flavor of the ice cream. I observe my surroundings and see many smiling people who are eating. Out of all the fast-food which has a main dish which is fried chicken, Jollibee is my favorite. I love all of their dishes. Love the spaghetti in which it has the right amount of sauciness, cheesiness, and spiciness. Love the fries. I really hope to get their recipe for their fries. Really want to cook it at home. My parent knows that I love Jollibee and sometimes they will just surprise me and buy sometimes for me.

I finished eating and grabbed my things and ready to go home. I go to the bus stop and wait for the bus to arrive. There are also many people here waiting for the bus. I sat on the waiting platform and some people are just standing. One elderly arrived and I offered my seat to her. She thankfully accepted it. After two minutes of waiting, the bus arrived.

I decided to sit at the back not really to the very back. Waiting for the bus to start, I am reminiscing about my experience here in our city. I did make some good memories here but I think I can gather more in the future. I am just looking at the view and didn't realize that I am already at the bus stop at our home. “ Mom, Dad, I'm back” I took off my shoes and wear again my ram slippers.

“ Rest first, Honey. I will call you for lunch before you will start making your project." Mom shouted in the kitchen.

“Let's eat, Darling” Dad called me to sit with them. I walk towards the dining table and sat with them. We are eating silently when Mom asked me.

“ Did you get what you needed?”

“ Yes, Mom. I also eat sundae after.” I said giggling. Mom and Dad just laughed at me. I clean up our table and washed and wash the dishes as soon as we finished eating. I turned on my printer and started printing my content and some pictures. I started doing my project by making it a big book and putting some Carolina or construction paper as its background. I am planning to have a galaxy designed background for my project with the use of my paints and brushes. After decorating, pasting, and putting different touches on it, luckily I am done. It took me about 5 hours before finishing it.

I am tired and messy with some paint on my face and on my paint apron, I sat on the floor to rest and stare at the ceiling while my bed supports my head. After five minutes, I decided to clean up and wash. I wore my oversize bunny designed shirt and some comfortable shorts. I go downstairs to unwind. I saw Mom knitting in the living room with her rocking chair. I kissed her head and went outside the house.

I sat underneath the maple tree. Our town is really famous for its maple trees. I am leaning to its trunk and closing my eyes, relaxing. I put on my earphone and play some nostalgic songs. It is already starting to get dark but the cold air is really relaxing. Mom may be starting to cook right now. I'll stay here for a while to relax.

“Darling, wake up. It's dinner time. “ I can feel the soft pinch of Dad on my cheeks. I slowly opened my eyes. And looked at Dad sleepily. I stand up and Dad helped me. We walk side by side to go inside the house. Dinner was great as always. Mom's cooking is always delicious.

I opened the Starry Night website again. I saw that there was a notification. I opened it and saw some comments from my reader, but one notification caught my attention.
