CHAPTER 16 DAISY'S POINT OF VIEW. I settled into the car, my eyes darting around the place. I felt nervous sitting with this cold-blooded animal. Theo wouldn't even talk to me, and most of the time I wondered why he hated me. I had been nothing but nice to him since the days when I worked for the Alpha a few years ago.
