RIPPER'S POINT OF VIEW.
“What?” She tilted her head to the side when I didn't reply immediately. Her voice dropped to a low, boastful whisper. “You’re not confident in your abilities?”
“You don’t think you’re going to beat a girl in archery despite going to Alpha Warriors College?”
I swallowed hard, lifting my gaze to her. “No, I’m not.” I chuckled. “I’m just in awe that you’d really try to challenge me. No one in the pack would do that.”
She smiled, and my face blushed, but I still didn't say a word. My mind was still wrapped around the fact that she was trying to leave again.
She needed a flight ticket out of the pack, and she didn’t want anyone to know.
Most importantly, my brother—the Alpha president. I knew she was working for him.
