Chapter 2: Welcome To Hell (Part 2)

"Paul we are over. I don't need to catch an STD from you or that nasty wh0r3" I turned to leave I closed the door with a slam. Just as Jane and Jack came out to see what the yelling was.

"What on God's earth is happening here? Why are you slamming the doors you little B**ch," she yelled

"Why don't you ask your Wh0r3 of a daughter" I snapped *Slap* I felt the pain.

Jane pulled my hair to stop me holding me in a firm hold.

"I'm going to teach you some manners. You're so ungrateful Calista" she yelled.

Jack opened the door to Jade's room.

"Jade! what on God's earth are you doing? You are supposed to marry in 2 days. Did you forget about the arrangement with the Chase Family?" he yelled.

Jade was sitting there scared out of her mind. Then she turned on the waterworks.

"Daddy please I love Paul he said we were going to get married he comes from a good family. Don't make me marry the illegitimate son of Adam Chase." she cried.

Paul, on the other hand, spoke up "I'm not marrying Jade. I love Cali." he said

"Cali please this isn't what it seems. Let me explain please!" he cried

I laughed I was in pain since Medusa was like pulling at my hair... "Oh let me guess you slipped and fell in the process losing your pants. Then you slid into the biggest widest hole you could find!... You don't know what love is you two are meant for each other." I spat. *slap* *slap*

Jane hit me a few times it was worth getting slapped I was tired of this s**t. I yelled at Jade. "God Jade are you so desperate to be me you always want what I have!" I said

"As if it's not my fault your boyfriend preferred women with more class. Then you stupid b**ch." she replied

Jack started walking towards his daughter I had never seen him this mad. At this Jane let me go and went to Jack "Jack honey you can't be mad at Jade Paul is a much better fit for her." she said

"No Jane we need this deal. my stores are closing we need the money that your friend promised before she died. He may be illegitimate but he still carries the Chase name. That counts for something plus we signed the contract years ago with her lawyer and he already gave us half of the money." he stated

The Jade spoke up "I'm pregnant" she yelled we all stood shocked. She was lying I knew it. No way would she get pregnant and destroy her body. Paul looked like he was about to pass out. Jack looked like he was about to hit Jade but Jane quickly got in front of her daughter protectively.

Then she got a bright idea I could see it in her eyes. "We can still fix this. Jack, why don't we just swap the girls? The boy isn't in our circles he would never know. Plus Calista is technically a Larson. I doubt Adam Chase will check." she smiled

This b**ch must have hit her head! as if I would ever do a favor for them. "No, I won't you didn't raise me I owe you nothing. All you have done is treat me horribly." I spat

"We adopt you we gave you everything! your so ungrateful Calista." she said angrily This narcissistic B**ch!

Yeah, okay you didn't give me s**t I thought. I was turning to leave when I heard "Calista, I will pay you money. Isn't that butler dying in the hospital as we speak." she said in a sinister tone that got me to stop I was barely able to afford my current monthly bill at the hospital and that's that he's at one of cheapest hospitals in New york. I need a total of at least $140,000 to pay for both surgeries. The hip would come first we had to wait for the liver to become available.

"I don't believe you, Jane... If you even want me to consider doing this. I want 70,000 now and the rest after I marry the man." I said.

Jane almost had a heart attack. "We don't have that type of money right now. you know this. That's why we agree to the marriage." she said. trying to sound as sad and miserable as she could.

I knew they had it plus if wasn't for Jade and Jane spending all of the money they wouldn't be in so much debt. Jack was a crappy businessman and had no balls to stand up for himself so Jane just walked over to him. He already had to close down two Clothing Factories that his dad left him because he couldn't afford it anymore and his fashion business was slowly declining. The only reason people still did business with him was because of his dad and everyone knew it.

"I don't care I want 70,000 transferred into my account now," I said

Jane looked as if she was going to murder me she looked at Jack and said "Darling call the bank and transfer the money please." she sneered.

About 10 minutes late Bing I got an alert on my phone from the bank app. 70,000! yes!

"Fine we have a deal... but I better get the other 70,000 after the wedding I will give you 2 weeks then if you don't pay up I will tell him the truth," I said

"How could you be so cruel to your parents? Jack look how ungrateful she is being with us! We gave her a home. Now she blackmailing us!" complained Jane.

"Jane Your seriously deliousnal if you think this will ever make up for the life you gave me. If I wasn't in need to help my dad. I would have told you to f**k yourself by now.

"Unbelievable MOM! why would you give her money? She owes us! and look at how she speaks to you mom" yelled Jade.

Jane was getting madder by the second "Jade will you shut up. If you learned to keep your legs closed we wouldn't be in this spot right now!" she yelled at her daughter this time. Jane didn't know anything about love she only cared about money. Paul was trying to get me to talk to him. While Jade kept holding on to him.

I took off running once in my room I locked the door. I quickly opened the app and transferred all the money to another bank. Knowing Jane... she would find a way to take the money. She didn't know I had another account, so it was safe. Tomorrow, I would go to the hospital and use that money to pay for the hip surgery and 2 or 3 months in advance for his stay. That will give me some breathing room, I thought.

Then it hit me. I would be marrying a stranger. I knew little about this man I knew his name Ethan Chase. His mother was the mistress of his dad, Adam Chase. I believe he was 27 or 28, and he didn't have a reliable job. He floated around taking odd jobs, and now I was to marry him. Then I remembered Paul and what he did to me. Everything finally came crashing down. I cried myself to sleep that night

I woke up the next day with puffy eyes. I had no choice but to get up I had miss call after miss call from Paul. I got dressed and ran as fast as I could before either of the Satan's could see me.

I walked a few blocks and made sure I wasn't being followed. Once I was sure I went to this store the shop owner let me store an electric bike there. I grabbed my bike and went to the hospital. I paid 3 months in advance and scheduled hip surgery for him. It would be in 2 weeks.

Without anything else to do, I went to the park and found a secluded place to cry. I don't go back to the hell hole that night. I got a cheap motel and slept there.

One more day of freedom I had to take advantage of this on the bright side Ethan Chase can't be worse than living at the Larson home.
