Several men made a bee-line for Seth and Drew. One or two stepped forwards to welcome him warmly to the pack but most were there to find out who he was, where he came from and who the hell he thought he was to assume that he could come into the pack and take over. Mystery stood at Drew's side, but Seth caught her eye and then nodded towards a group of women who were about the same age as Mystery. Mystery nodded slightly and tugged Tempest away from the men. They were totally ignoring her anyway.
One of the women straightened up and watched the two of them as they approached. She stepped forwards from the group a few inches. There was no smile of welcome on her face, rather she exuded caution and a certain defensiveness.
