"You must prevail," Kyra said from behind Seraiya who stood on a balcony. "And who pays the price?" Seraiya asked. Seraiya turned to Kyra. "You don't think I want to go after her?" Seraiya asked. "You don't think I want to kill her for what she's done?" she continued to question.
"If I go after her I'm putting not only your sister's pack at risk but an entire coven of witches," Seraiya said. "That's almost a thousand people," she told her. "A thousand people that will have to die just for me to get to her" she added.
Seraiya turned back towards the railing. "The only way to free them all is if I kill her, and the only way to do that is if I can get to her when she's alone," Seraiya said unsure of what to do.
"Then I guess it's a good thing she wants to meet you," Kyra said suddenly,
