Hybrid Twins

Chapter Nine

Outside I snapped a beautiful setup table with some champagne and chocolate covered strawberries with crackers and cheese with other fruits. And as I poured me a glass and then I got mother’s glass ready with her part of the potion as dad instructed me to do. I zapped mothers glasses knowing if it was not freshly chilled and poured mother would not touch the champagne. As I started to sit down and wait on mother, her and father came in. As mother chimed my voice I asked her to have one of our little picnics as mother walked out on the boucony. Seeing I had everything setup she was excited and surprised. And told me I would not believe what the council was accusing us of? And I asked what trying to act surprised when she said they heard there were hybrid witches being created. And even tried to see if we were lying. I had set there eating the strawberries and mother’s favorite foods but once she calmed down mother started to make her some crackers and cheese spread. And after awhile her drink was gone. And I could see her sense coming back. As mother looked at me and said nice job. I knew she was back to her normal self. And now it was time to get dad back to normal and I knew it would be a lot harder. Because I knew if he gets agitated with me he would put in a bubble and I would have to get mother’s help.

I started looking for dad and found him in his study and he was agitated just like mother was when she got home. Hello dad are you okay I asked. And he said yes the counsel was just being stupid. Like we know if you had twins. But because they can monitor you like they can lesser witches they are trying to say you had hybrid twins. I don’t know where they got that from I told dad. Will you teach me warlock golf dad I have been watching it some and don’t quite understand stand it. And I held up the fresh bottle of dad’s favorite drink. I said the winner has to turn up and drink this Warlock juice. And dad laughed might as well hand the juice to me to drink now.

And let the game begin dad yells just no earthquakes or volcano eruptions just because I am a sore loser and I agreed. Dad started and called Nuuk Greenland and then he swag his club hitting his golf ball and the golf ball landed right in the center of Nuuk Greenland. Wow dad that was very impressive I will start coming to watch your game and dad said he would really love to have me there by his side. Okay I call the Bermuda Triangle and I took my driver and hit my golf club and my ball hit only a few miles outside of the Bermuda Triangle. Wow I was so impressed I couldn’t believe I got that close. Ok dad decided he wanted to hit Krakow Poland. I asked do they ever broke anything and dad said sure we try to make it look like a natural disaster. Which makes sense and the humans can use their property insurance and no one gets hurt right? Father looked at me and side baby I do love this game but their are some evil warlocks and witches that don’t care about lesser life forms. And then dad swung and hit Warsaw Poland it was a one fifty seven mile off his perdition. But I asked what about the weather and the wind blowing by up, how do you over come those obstacles? Dad said he played with strategy and knowledge if the ball is hit as the right time and projectary the ball will make it to the destination. Sydney Australia was my next destination. I swung with a driver and hit three hundred miles into the Pacific Ocean. And I told dad he was the win and handed him his juice to drink up. As he drinks his Warlock juice I can see dads face coming back to my normal dad. And dad said that was fun be prepared to learn more about playing Warlock golf. And we both laughed as mother came into the room.

The counsel can’t watch you because of your powers you are able to shield yourself and the babies. The counsel was trying to see if you are the corporate making a hybrid. Well that is something they will never find out now mother said. The warlock and witch counsel has a new member. I just looked at dad with a large tear and told him I was sorry. But he told me he was thinking about it now that he had more time since they had sold the potion business. For those witches that had a hard time making potions the business developed the potions for them. I need to get back to the babies I told my parents and gave each one a hug. As I created a portal and before walking through I told my parents I would see them tomorrow. And walked through the portal into the cabin. Looks like everyone was asleep as I saw a light on in the kitchen. It was Alpha John looking for some food and I snapped some fried chicken and potato salad inside the refrigerator and John jumped realizing the witch was close. Damn he voices out as Emily came to see what the commotion was. As I was laughing at seeing the Alpha jump and Emily couldn’t help but laugh too. And asked how everything went with the counsel and I told them about dad taking a position so he could protect the twins. And how I had tricked my parents into taking the potion. And Alpha John asked how is Warlock golf played. And alpha John asked when Kershaw was coming to see the twins? And I told him tomorrow and I asked how thing went with the twins. And Emily said they are so perfect and our room is on the opposite side so I can help with the twins. With this Cabin being so big there is room for three more families. The two of you could stay and help with the twins. Emily said that’s a great idea and her and John would talk about that. Okay I am going to check on the twins and go to bed. And I hugged Emily and told her and Alpha John thanks for babysitting tonight. And Alpha John said thanks for the chicken it was really good. I told him he was welcome but no one can snap up chicken like my mother as Emily just laughed.

I walked to the twins room to see them both fast asleep and so sweet and peace. I could just stand and watch them all night. After a bit I walked into my room and changed into some pajamas and hopped into bed. And to my surprise the twins slept all night. When they started crying I slipped on a robe and headed to the nursery as Emily was making her way into the other nursery door. She checked Summer as I checked on Dawn. We got the twins cleaned up and changed as Emily helped me to get each twin in my arms so they could feed at the same time. I just love watching them enter act. Dawn would find Summer’s fingers and play with her sister. I am sure it’s so she will always be able to know her sister is right there. After getting the twins fed and cleaned up and changed we headed down stairs. As the twins played in there swings. I helped Emily cook breakfast as we laughed watching the twins antics. Emily this is funny learning to cook with you. Do you think you could teach me to use my hands to cook? Yes Emily said that will be fun. Alpha John came around the corner sitting down on the floor to get to the twins level. As they cooed and laughed at seeing John. And John told Emily not to over do the cook that witches fried chicken was pretty good. We just laughed I guess it a good thing we all don’t have the same powers.
