There hasn't been a single text from Destiny since the day began. I anticipated her to be ecstatic to learn what had happened between me and the sexy boy, but she couldn't even speak. I was lounging on the couch, watching a movie in my pajamas, and snacking. That's when I took out my phone and texted Destiny a simple 'hey,'
to which she responded with a 'hello' faster than I expected.
'Are you okay?'
'yup'
'want to maybe hangout?'
'I'm not in the mood to go out, how about we stay at home?'
'yea no problem want to come over?'
'Sure, I'll be there in ten minutes,' says Destiny.
Actually, it wasn't all that horrible. I cleaned up my mess but failed to change out of my pajamas.
Five minutes later, i hear my ringing phone:
"Um, Tyler called and wanted me to hangout, he's so not in a good mood, so would you mind him coming with me?",
Destiny inquired,
Tyler??!! WHAT?! I WAS LOOKING FOR AN OPPORTUNITY TO DISCUSS HIM!
But, to be honest i'm yearning his gaze once more, so definitely he'd be welcome at my house. But i'm not sure if i can manage my heart rate, body temperature, or anything else.
"Yea of course, no problem!"
I said,my words racing ahead of my thoughts.
"Okay, great we'll be there in 10 minutes, see ya"
"see ya!"
TEN MINUTES?! WHERE DO I START GETTING READY?
Of course, i wasn't going to greet the man in my PJs. I dashed to my closet and grabbed a pair of black leggings, a crop top, and some sneakers. Put on some make-up and, without a certain, perfume.

"What did she say?" Tyler asked,
"Of course no problem, now we're hoping your plan doesn't screw everything up, hoping it works."
"Don't worry, it will; you just have to be brave."
"Why don't you accomplish it?"
" Because you're more familiar with the place than i am!"
"Tyler, i'm starting to get nervous out here."
" WHAT?! No, you can't; you must relax or we will get caught."
"ARE WE GOING TO BE CATCHED? What exactly do you mean? Are we going to die?
OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD!
I'm not ready to pass away just yet!"
Tyler drew closer to me and hugged me tightly to soothe my fears. It did, in fact, aid. I could smell the Calabrian Bergamot travelling down my spine as my head was on his chest, sending a message to my nerves to relax. I'm not going to lie, for a second, i wished he was my mate. Sorry Feliz but you're extremely fortunate.

"All right, so that's the plan."
"Not a terrible plan, my child," Lucas says, tapping Tyler on the shoulder.
"What are your thoughts, Destiny?"
"We- we can go ahead with our plan, but what if someone finds out?"
"Don't worry, nothing bad will happen; just trust me and believe in yourself."
(TYLER'S POINT OF VIEW)
All I want is for Feliz to realize she's my mate. I'm not sure how long I'll be able to wait, but I'm confident it will be worthwhile.
I believed my father's prophecy concerning a curse to be true.
Have i already brought up the curse?
I drank from the "bloody water" when I was 7 years old.
It's a reddish-brown liquid with a drop of blood from the moon's Goddess.
Legend has it, that anyone who drinks this water will be cursed for the remainder of their lives, leaving them without a mate. You're undoubtedly curious about the relationship between blood and mate.
The Goddess of the Moon and her mate also opted to bond by blood, pricking their fingers with a black rose's thorn. He had no idea that his blood was "gold blood," which freezes in his body when exposed to sunlight. His veins ruptured when they were mixing the blood. According to legend, the Goddess didn't want that drop of blood to fall to the ground, so she filled a tiny glass bottle with water and put her blood in it, and anyone who drinks it is barred from seeing their mate.
What happened to it that it ended up in my possession? That's an other tale altogether.
How did the curse end, though? According to what I've heard, it can only be broken with a spell cast by a witch or wizard who is a descendant of "The Barrett's," the original witch "Emely Barrett" being one of them.
"Should I give her a call?" Destiny wondered aloud,
“No!” I'm not sure why I instructed her not to contact Feliz, but I wasn't listening attentively to what I was stating. Destiny's attitude shifted from amazement to bemusement as she glanced at me.
"She'll text you in a minute." I kept going.
When Destiny got a call, she left the room, leaving me alone with my father, who ran straight to the door, shut it, and went to his drawer, pulling out what appeared to be an antique necklace. With this vintage accessory in his hand, Dad approached me and presented it to me, saying:
"Here, take this."
"Is this intended to be something?"
"Just hang it around your neck when you go to Feliz's tonight, take a tour of the place, and if it glows, tell me which light it was."
"Fine, but you owe me an explanation. ."
- BACK TO THE PRESENT.
(FELIZ'S POINT OF VIEW)
A knock comes on the door. I hurry towards it, unsure of how to react or what to say.
I opened the door while taking a deep breath and closed my eyes. When I reopened them , the first thing I saw was my handsome thought, my worst distraction. The guy who makes my heart work harder, my knees tremble, and every fiber of my existence yearn for more.
'I'M CONSIDERING RUINING MY LIFE IN HIS MUSCULAR ARMS!'
Tyler's face lit up with a smile when I heard this music in my head; it's as if he knows what I'm thinking. For a brief time, I believed I'd uttered it aloud, but that impression was quickly dispelled when I noticed Destiny's solemn expression. I usually have little control over this voice, but it gets crazier every time I see him.
‘No! I can’t deal with you right now.'
Every second I spend staring into his ocean eyes makes me feel like I'm drowning in them even more. I'm not sure why, but I have the impression that the hot guy in front of me is concealing information.
His strong voice addressing me pierced through my thoughts:
"Are we going to spend the night outside?"
Oh s**t!
“No of course not, I’m sorry, come in.”
