The legal papers regarding Robert’s care were signed and handed to Jean. Alice went into Robert’s room to say goodbye, and almost bumped into a nurse who was on her way out.

The infection has triggered spontaneous muscle movements, misfirings in the cerebellum and basal ganglia parts of the brain,” she explained. Everyone who worked at Crestview had extensive experience and schooling in neurological issues. “Robert will be kept as comfortable as we can make him.” She offered a compassionate smile as she stepped out of the doorway, holding the door open for Alice before she returned to the nurse’s area to log in the newest information on the patient via the computer system.
