Flashback:

6 months ago

I knock on Marg's door. The light comes on as she opens it. Meg what are you doing here? The tears stream down my face. She pulls me into an embrace as I sob. We go into the house and she sets me on the coach. I'll go make some tea. I just nod my head. How the hell could this happen ? I'm such an i***t. How could he do this to me? I couldn't understand how four years together meant nothing to him. He used me and threw me away like a used condom. Here honey. I take a sip of the hot tea as it warms my insides. Thank you Marg Your welcome Meg. Do you wanna talk about it? Marg he cheated on me with Alicia and made it look like I stole over 200 million dollars and placed it in offshore accounts. I got served the papers for divorce as well. Oh my god. The rage in her eyes ignited. She always hated Sam. She told me he wasn't good , but love is blind. Not anymore. I wipe my tears looking at Marg. I'm going to bed. Start fresh tomorrow. That sounds like a good idea. I'll be here. Thank you Marg. I walk up to the room I used to stay in. Marg and I have been friends since high school. I became part of the family. When mine died. When Marg's parents died they left the house to us. Later on I put it all in Marg's name. I never told her. It's a two story brick house with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. When you walk into the house the living room is on the left. The right is the dining room. There's a single set of stairs with a small closet underneath. You walk forward in the little hallway and you reach a small simple kitchen. Up the stairs there's two bedrooms on both sides. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The house is white walls with pictures Marg has taken. Lots of them are of Will. I reached my old room, nothing changed. It still has posters of rock bands, books, and poetry. I walk to the closet and open the door. I look at the shelf. All my books are still there. I take a breath releasing it and get started taking down memory lane.
