Nina   The music was loud around us, and the firelight cast shadows of my dancing friends on the walls of the cabins. We were all thoroughly drunk, and for the first time in a long time, I was glad to be. Smiling, I stood up on my tiptoes and kissed Enzo, and when our lips parted he cupped my cheek with his warm hand and gazed into my eyes.   “Hey,” he said, taking one of my braids between his fingers and looking intently at it in an almost bashful way, “wanna go for a run?”   “Now?” I chuckled. “In our wolf forms?”   Enzo nodded. He seemed serious, and although I was probably too drunk to run in a straight line and hated leaving my friends behind, the thought of feeling the wind through my fur, even briefly, did sound nice.
