The first and only stop we make is Rik’s sister’s shop. I hadn’t thought about it at all but Tristan insisted. She hands me a big bag with all the clothes she made with a wink. ‘I put a little extra in the bag, from the house. For special occasions… evening occasions. If you know what I mean.’ She whispers, wiggling her eyebrows. I thank her with a big hug and mount my horse again.  After we’ve left the city by taking the side streets to avoid the crowds, we finally pick up speed with Nikon taking the lead.
