Once upon a time, there was a princess...
The Princess, who was born with beautiful dark brown hair
like those of glorious trees in spring
and whose silky gray eyes like those of a stormy sky -
Loves to dream of beautiful things.
Of beautiful things she knew wouldn't come true.
But still, the princess who loves books
and can always be found with her head above clouds,
dreamed like everyone else - reasoning that it was only a dream after all.
She lived a peaceful life with her mother, who loved her dearly,
and they lived a simple and hopeful life.
It wasn't an easy life, by all means, but they had each other.
Their life was full of warmth and love.
The princess loved her mother most, and they were contented.
That was, until the mother passed away, leaving the princess behind.
Then, the princess met her grandfather.
Her only remaining relative.
The grandfather, who was lonely, brought the princess with him to a castle.
And as the winding road towards the castle shortened, the princess saw that it was made of silver and gold.
It was simply magical. Something she's only ever dreamed about.
But life in the castle wasn't as fun as she first thought to be.
As the days went by, the magic unraveled and the Princess felt cold.
Yes, she'll never have to worry about the roof above her head, or the food on her table. She'll never be cold as the castle's walls was thick and sturdy.
But it wasn't the physical kind of cold she was feeling.
It was the emotional kind.
And for the first time since her mother's death, the Princess, who now have everything, felt lonely.
It was a profound kind of feeling.
Then the grandfather, who saw that the Princess was lonely, thought of a plan:
He brought a Prince.
Two Princes, to be exact.
He ordered the Princess to pick and marry one in an attempt to cure the Princess' loneliness.
The first Prince, whom the Princess saw first, thought him beautiful and greeted him.
But it was a greeting that was never returned as the first Prince seemed cold and aloof.
Still, everyday she greeted him, until one day she finally heard a single response.
And then she met the second Prince.
He was entirely different than the first Prince.
The first time she greeted him, she was automatically given a response.
The second time she greeted, he was amusing.
The third time, he was whispering sweet nothings in her ear.
The grandfather who saw this asked the Princess to choose.
The princess tilted her head and thought for a moment, and then she said, "The second Prince."
