"Mum... Mum!" A soft voice sounded in my ear.
"Who's there?" I looked around nervously, trying to find the source of the voice. However, there was only darkness around me, so I couldn't see anything at all.

"Nonsense! My baby's not born yet! How can you be my child?!" I retorted angrily.
Suddenly, a beam of light flashed in front of me. It was bright, but not dazzling enough to blind my eyes. Even so, I was unable to see anything other than the mass of light in front of me.
