"Ian, please save me... Ian, save me..." I hugged Ian tightly and sobbed my heart out. Ian returned my hug, allowing me to vent out all of my grievances in his arms. "It's alright. Everything's going to be okay." Ian gently patted my back as he reassured me. After that, he carried me out of the room. Outside the iron gates, I could see a bunch of police cars. All of Hank's lackeys were handcuffed and escorted into the police cars one after another. "Pauline, I'm going to take you to the hospital now, alright?" Ian's grip on me tightened, burying my head into his chest so that I would not need to lay my eyes on the scene before us.
