"It'll be fine, Pauline. Don't worry, I won't get engaged to her. I'll find a way to get out of it. Just leave everything to me, alright?" Leo held me in his arms, gently stroking my hair with one hand. I leaned closer to his chest and listened to the strong, powerful beating of his heart, feeling safe and secure. "Okay, I'll let you handle it. Whatever you say." I stretched my arms out, hugging Leo back. I rubbed my face against his chest gently and fell asleep in his arms. "Are you awake? Hungry? Do you want to eat something?" When I woke up, it was already dusk. The yellow sunset shone onto Leo's face, making it look as if he was bathing in golden light. I could not help myself from staring at him, mesmerised. "What's wrong?" Leo asked with concern when I did not respond to him.
