Sinking down in my comfortable chair, I looked up from my laptop screen and focused my gaze outside the window admiring the beautiful view of the skyscrapers.
But the moment was short-lived and I shrugged my shoulders and looked down on the keys of my computer.
I was still mad at Aeden for abandoning me with some random strangers. I hadn't heard or seen from either of the siblings or anyone them as a matter of fact since that day.

He could have f*****g spoken to me but he didn't. I didn't like it one bit. He didn't even ask me if I wanted to go or stay. If he'd just asked me, I would have probably stayed back.
