(Tyra's POV) For the past few days, I'd been avoiding Alpha Kanyon. Ever since I'd told him about the memory in the library, I couldn't bring myself to face him. Every time I thought about the conversation, heat rushed straight to my face. Why had I told him I'd remembered kissing another man? I barely knew him. Thankfully, he'd been busy helping prepare for the Hunter's Moon festival. Most days he left before breakfast and didn't return until late in the evening. It made avoiding him surprisingly easy. Though part of me still found myself looking toward the dining room entrance every morning.
