The Hero of the Celestial Hundred received a head injury on February 18 during defense action against the attack of government forces. It happened at the intersection of Kreshchatyk and In-stytutska street. If Oleksandr had lived he would be 30 years old on 10th March. He was thinking of getting married after the victory of the Revolution of Dignity.
Back home in the village of Dunaiv Oleksandr is called Kobzar Junior. “I have always associated him with Shevchenko due to the fact that he was a freedom fighter and loved Ukraine as well as everything associated with it.
