Aleksandr Baliuk 39, builder, Novohrad-Volynskyi, Zhytomyr region On March 19, 2014 the hero of the Celestian Hundred Aleksandr Baliuk was to celebrate his 40th anniversary. He did not make one month to it. His heart stopped on February 20 after a sniper’s shot.
