Chapter 24When Jim, Vern and Andreas climbed out of the Land Rover, they looked around as if they wanted to make sure they were indeed back into familiar and welcome surroundings.
Andreas was the first to open his mouth. “God, it’s good to see you,” he said to Terry, grabbing him and hugging him.
The two other men chuckled at seeing the young man embrace their manager as if he were his dad.
“How are you, men?” Terry asked, shaking Vern and Jim’s hands in turn. “Where’s your driver?”
“He left us as soon as we hit the main road,” Vern said, walking towards the hotel’s entrance.
In the lobby, they found Louis and Khalid waiting for them with broad grins on their faces.
