11. Conner's pov

I haven't seen Kate's car in a few days I wonder where's she go. I sat on my porch smoking a ciggarette when I see Kate's car pulling up. Kate, her mom and sister gets out they walked in to the house but Kate stayed back by her car sitting on her hood smoking a ciggarette. She noticed me looking at her she waved at me. I waved back and stood up.

I made my way to her "hey how you doing haven't see you in a few days" "I'm doing good yeah I took my momma to my aunts while me and Emma went to Zoey's" she said, "so school starts tomorrow huh?" she added. "yep you nervous?" I said laughing. "nah" she said laughing.

The next day I drove my car to school. Kate already left I see her car as I parked mine. I went into the school and made my way to my locker. Kate's at a locker that's few lockers away from mine. She's looking at her schedule. "Hey Kate" I said as I walk up to her "oh hey Conner"

I look at her schedule and mine "looks like we have the classes but not the first class" I tell her. "well in the case it looks like you''re stuck with me today" she said laughing. "I'm surprisingly okay with that" I said laughing. "your first class is the 3 doors to your right and I'll meet you here after class" "okay" she closes her locker and starts walking to class as the bell rang.

"Finally lunch time" Kate said laughing. We made our way to the cafeteria. "Conner Kate over here!" Jake yelled. We walked over to the table. "Hey Kate how are classes so far?" asked Liam "It's okay" she said and walked away to get lunch. "so you and Kate huh?" said Jake. "it's nothing like that she has all of my classes so I'm just showing her around"
