**Ember POV**
I woke to the twins crying. I could see the morning sun already starting to peak through the curtains. They had only woke up twice after I feel asleep. I didn’t mind though I was happy to be here with them. Gage had never came back in the bedroom last night and though I had slept some it had been a restless sleep. I couldn’t seem to shut my mind off for long.
A soft knock on the door startled me. I couldn’t get up to answer it because I was feeding Atlas, “Come in.” Athan poked his head in and smiled, “I wasn’t sure if you would be awake or not.
