The sound of her voice, so full of lust and need, just about pushed me over the edge. I couldn’t seem to get the truck started and get back to the house fast enough. As soon as we pulled in the driveway, I jumped out meeting Ember at her door. I scooped her up in my arms and jogged the whole way to our room, taking the stairs two at a time. She was laughing at me the whole way, but I didn’t care I was going to mate with Ember tonight and show her just how much I love her and need her.
After tonight, I didn’t think Ember had any plans of leaving again and that made my heart soar and my wolf prance. I carefully set Ember down on her feet while I unlocked our bedroom door, placing my hand on the small of her back to guide her in. She didn’t waste any time as she turned to face me
