Later in the evening, Tina woke up feeling disoriented and groggy not knowing what happened to her. She staggered her way out of her room, her head throbbing from a hazy sleep. As she entered the living room, she saw Pedro sitting all by himself, staring into thin air with a sad face. Her brows furrowed with concern as she looked at him.
“Pedro…” Tina called and then fell to the floor due to the weakness she felt.
Startled by the sound of the thud of Tina’s body, Pedro rushed to her side, worry etched on his face. He gently helped her to sit on a chair. “What happened to you, Tina? Can you please tell me what happened to you today?” he asked looking at Tina.
