They arrived at Naomi and Simon’s house later that evening. The stars sparkled in the sky as Pedro knocked softly on the door with baby Lucia in his arms and Catalina, and Tina, standing beside him with the tray of cookies and delciously baked cake as they waited at the door of the house, ready for the dinner they had tentatively agreed upon.
The neighborhood was quiet, giving an eerie calm to the already tense atmosphere that hung in the air. Within seconds, they could hear the rattling of the door as someone tried to open it. As the door flung open, their eyes fell on Liam who was super excited to see them, greeting Tina and Catalina with a friendly smile and hugging Pedro tightly.
