Alivia's POV
I couldn't still believe everything that transpired last night between Mason and I all because Landon's name slipped intentionally out of my mouth. I had just mentioned his name not with the intention of making Mason jealous or to compare both brothers but instead of Mason to make out meaning in what I said,he decided to hit me instead. He hit me so hard that I thought I did actually lose a tooth.
I stood against my mirror and the fingerprints Mason left on my face tinted the right side of my face pink. I looked at how miserable the reflection of myself in the mirror was and shook my head bitterly. As much as I want to give liking Mason and being his Luna a chance, I also hated how thin, wretched and pale I looked.
