Alivia's POV
As I walzed my way out of the tight suffocating corner where Kyla had earlier confronted me I exhaled out feeling relieved and some semblance of satisfaction and peace before going to Mason's room. I knew I had to show myself. He was earlier worried about me and I had to let him know that I was home so his worrisome mind could rest.
I placed a soft knock on his door and he's baritone voice invited me in.
