Alivia’s POV
I thought I already had quite a drama with Mason and the whole mate issue and decided to stay away. The previous night was an hassle as I couldn’t even get any sleep at all after Kyla’s words refused to leave my head. I never think I would be so eager to see Kyla again but strangely, I was. Knowing she would be back the next day to continue after dropping few hints, that’s Kyla. She loves to get your entire attention even if it means disrupting your sleep pattern.
Before the sun rise, I was seated on the bad with my back resting against the headboard as I supported myself with a pillow. A gentle knock was heard on the door and the knob turned open before I could reply. I was recovering but slow, I had used myself to an extreme and now my healing ability is slow.
