“So the reason why we called for this meeting is because we want to conduct private interviews for each one of you, for the post of the alpha and there's someone who has to be here. That is Zac Fernandez.”
Zac Fernandez is Ava's father and he hasn't been to the Elders' meeting in a very long while, long before Landon ended things with Ava. Landon later heard from Ava that her father was travelling out of the pack for some reasons unknown, and it's been over ten years now, close to fifteen,even before the former king died.
