When I woke up, I found Felix sitting by my side with his head resting on the couch. Maybe he was catching some sleep because his eyes were shut.
The movement of my body caught his attention and he opened his eyes slightly.
“ Are you okay?" He asked me and I nodded my head as a sign that I was just fine.
I remember we were to leave Pennsylvania that morning so I asked, “ When are we leaving for Wellington?*
" That will be by noon tomorrow. I can't just put you at risk of driving a far distance. I'm not that heartless” Felix did not look at me for once while he spoke.
I noticed his cold behavior towards me from the way he was responding to me.
