Pack doctors hurridly rushed over and took Ivy from Jayson's arms and laid her down on a hospital bed. Rushing to and fro, they began to hook her up to all types of wires and machines."Doctor Martin, we are going to need a surgeon to tend to these wounds." A womens voice shouted out into the chaos. The air was thick with tension and worry. All the colors of the peoples aura's were starting to give her a headache so Amara closed her eyes and willed them away. Blinking back the tears, she made her way out of Amara's arms as they talked. Her moms wings have come out, once vibrant and shimmering now lay dull and tattered. Gone was her mothers usual glow, and in its place was a stark contrast as she was as pale as moonlight. The pack healer and trained surgeon was an experienced wolf with a gentle touch. Cutting away her mothers clothes, he quickly rushed to access the damage. However, it was clear that the injuries were severe, if not grave. Standing by Luna Rosalie, she stood frozen as she watched, her heart racing. It was true that she always had felt different. Her connection to magic has always been instinctual. Every fiber was telling her to go to her mothers side, and that is what she did. Making her way to her mother's side and ignoring the pack doctors as they worked, she looked down at her mother. Amara's heart raced as she placed one hand on her mothers forehead and another over her heart. With a hand on her mothershxhest she could feel the faint rhythym of her heartbeat and the shallow rise and fall of her chest. Taking a deep breath, she closed her eyes and focused. She focused on the energy that flowed through her veins. The energy that flowed through the room. A soft ethereal light began to emanate from her hands, illuminating the hospital room. The pack healers, the Alpha triplets, and Luna Rosalie watched as the glow intensified and wrapped around her mother in a gentle hug. Amara whispered ancient words that came into her head, it was a melody that resonated with the very essence of life itself. The air shimmered with magic, and the scent of wildflowers filled the space, a stark contrast to the fear that had gripped them moments before. As the light enveloped her mother, Amara felt a connection deeper than she had ever experienced . It was almost as if the very fabric of their bond was woven into the magic she was channeling. She could feel her mother's pain, her fear, and her love, and with each pulse of energy, Amara poured her own strength into the healing. The werewolves stood in silence as their instincts told them to protect her, and their hearts urged them to believe what they were witnessing. It has always been known that there were some that you're blessed by the goddesses, and they were special and powerful .However, witnessing Amara's powers in action was something entirely different. As the light began to fade, Amara opened her eyes, breathless but determined. Her mother stirred, a soft groan escaping her lips as the wound on her side began to close. The internal injuries healed . The healing stopped when the wounds were still deep, yet superficial. . "Amara," her mother whispered, her voice weak but filled with love. "You did it." Gasping Amara blinked away her tears in shock. "How, what??" She asked "You have a rare gift among our kind. Your ancestors had it. It's a special blessing from the Goddesses and means you are very special, my little love." Ivy explained with a yawn. "You healed me. You have the power to heal as long as it's the will of the goddesses." "But it did not work, not completely." Amara said as she left her mothers side to go to the other side of the hospital bed. Pulling back the covers, she carefully climbed onto the bed and nestled in next to her mother. The pack healers then took this time to come and reexamine her. After examining her, he turned to the nurse and said, "cancel the er. The stitches she needs can be done here in her hospital room. " Turning to Amara, he cleared his throat and explained. "You are wrong, my dear. When your mother first arrived, her condition was much more extensive than i let on. It was grave, and now, because of your healing, her wounds may be deep in appearance. They are superficial. All she needs is stitches and some bed rest here at the hospital." "See. I told you , you did it." Ivy said. Her coloring has returned to normal, yet her mother looked drained and tired. "Why dont you go with Rosie and her sons. I need to sleep. i know you will be safe with them." Taking a deep breath Ivy said. "i am sorry." And with that, she surcummed to the darkness. "I believe that to be good advice visiting hours are over and you need to get some rest." The doctor agreed. Reluctantly, Amara climbed out of the bed and walked over to where Luna Rosalie stood with the Alpha Triplets.
