It was two days until Parker’s birthday. We had to get everything set up so it would go well. We wanted it to be perfect. From the designs he had, to everyone we thought he would want there.
But we weren’t sure he would want to accept us at the party. In fact, Axel was pretty sure he wouldn’t. I kept trying to tell him the mate bond won’t allow him to reject us which is the main reason we wanted to wait to tell him. And our father of course.
Gods, our father. He had called for us to come into his office this afternoon after school before training. We had planned to leave the pack for a couple days, we just hadn’t told Parker yet. We needed an excuse to get away before his party. Going to another pack was as good of an excuse as any. Plus we had other plans at our cousin’s pack.
