I was happy. Actually happy for the first time in years! They had actually done it. They’d made the Alpha see what was going on. Now my kids would be ok.
And we’d get clothes! Actual new clothes. I knew Alpha couldn’t be that cruel. I should have realized he didn’t know what was happening. And Luna is just the sweetest, most loving person. We should have realized she would have fought for us.
But all it took was me telling my guys …I mean the alphas and they sprung into action. What surprised me was how outraged they were.
