Eloise’s head is spinning. She began to feel a little dizzy, and Gail helped her to the leather couch in the powder area of the restroom.
“Here.” Gail holds a cool towel to her face as she sits beside her.
“They got the call,” Eloise whispered. “They ship out tonight.”
Gail takes her hand and puts her fingers over the inside of her wrist.
This is odd. “I’m all right. I just feel a little dizzy.”
“Mmhmm,” Gail hums, continuing to check Eloise’s pulse.
“How do you deal with it?” Eloise was desperate for some help.
