I am surprised that I wasn’t afraid. Instead, I was curious and then in awe. He explained about mates, and it makes so much sense as to why I was drawn to him. It was the mate bond. I am happy it was him and with what Carl tried to do…Kill me. Gave me the courage to break it off with him. Good riddance Carl. But I am still curious as to wonder why he tried to kill me.
