My wish came to pass. Addison’s name was written in bold on the front of the letter. I turned to look at Scarlett, who was staring back at me with an uncomfortable expression. I rushed out of the bed and picked her up, cleaning her up and changing her out of her clothes into new ones immediately. Rafael laughed briefly as he watched me sprint around the room with Scarlett. When I was done putting her in new clothes, I couldn’t control my laughter. I was short of breath while Scarlett was now smiling with her gums at me.
I placed her on my bed and she rolled to meet Rafael who picked her up and gave her a back massage. I got into bed and took the letter to read. I looked over at Rafael and Scarlett who were busy enjoying each other’s company. I smiled at the relaxing sight,
