At this point I bowed my head because I knew this question was going to fail me. It was too easy. He had not spoken and didn’t seem like he was going to. So saying this was simply justifying Celeste.
I wanted to scream this but I couldn’t speak to the Council in such manner and question their judgement procedures.
One thing I knew was that Raina had always been a wise woman and had obviously manipulated Casper in some way. Again, what kind of Alpha was he if he could not be independent in judgement? I was doomed.
