CHAPTER 08 : CROSSING BOUNDARIES

(While I was driving to Jessica's place, I yet again got stuck in truffic and I think it's a curse, blessing or even a hobby. I waited for like almost 20 minutes.)

(I took out my phone and texted Jessica that I was on the way to her place and I'll be late she said she was cool with it.)

(While I was waiting, There was a huge explosion a mile away and cars flew up. Some of them were even trashed.)

(I got out of my car and ran to the place where the explosion happened. When I got there, there were a group of people surrounding two injured and burnt people.)

(I pushed through them and got to them. I looked at the bodies and got a bit scared to see that one of them was wearing a male traffic cop.)

(My mind only thought of two people that worked as traffic cops. Before I could do anything else, I took out my phone and dialed Jason's number but it went to voicemail.)

(I called it again but still, there was no answer. I started to freak out thinking that it must've been Daniel or Jason but that changed my mind when I realized that I left them at their place.)

(I sighed a sigh of relief and went back to my car. I got in and started the engine and took another route to Jessica's place.)

(After a one hour drive, I arrived at her place and I just let myself in without knocking. When I got in, I found her in the living room watching a movie on TV so I joined her.)

Jessica : (takes the remote, pauses the movie and turns to me) "So, what brings you here?"

Me : (sighs) "I met him again........"

Jessica : (Interrupts) "Ace?"

Me : "No. I met Jason again."

Jessica : "Sooo.......what happened?"

Me : "W-we......k-kissed."

Jessica : (looks shocked) "What!?"

Me : (looks down) "Yeah and it was way different than Ace's."

Jessica : "Giiirrllll............"

Me : "I don't know what to do. I mean I like Jason and he looks like he likes me back. I have a little bit of feelings for Ace and he also kinda like me but he's married and Daniel and I just act like friends to each other and I like-like him but I don't know about him. Why is this only happening to me?"

Jessica : " Well, you only have one thing to do and that is......... You have to choose one of them."

Me : (looks at her) "I do want to choose but I can't."

Jessica : "You can and you will choose."

Me : (sighs) "I hope I do it soon or else I'm gonna loose them all. Well I have to go now, it's almost time. I'll meet you guys at the club."

Jessica : "See you there."

(I got up and left the building. I went to my car and drove off back to my apartment. After two hours of driving, I arrived and when I checked the time, it was 6:45 pm and I still had time.)

(I thought I should do something before getting ready. I started cleaning my room because it was dirty and messy.)

(20 minutes later, I was done. I lied down on my bed to relax a bit because I was too tired and ended up sleeping.)

(I woke up an hour later and when I checked the time, I found out that I was gonna be late. I quickly took a shower and when I was done, I ran out of the apartment.)

(When I got to the club, I got a text from Jessica asking me where I was and I replied to her saying I just arrived.)

(I walked into the building and there so many people in there and loud music.)

(I looked for Jessica and the others when one of the guys in there pulled me close to him and held me by my waist.)

(I was shocked and confused because I didn't know who he was and what did he want.)

The man : "I never thought this place could be your thing."

(I recognized the voice and I got a bit shocked to see that it was Jason. That shockness immediately turned into a smile and a sigh of relief.)

Me : (smiles at him) "Hey Jason. What brings you here?"

Jason : " I should be asking you the same question because you told me that you had plans and you couldn't hang with me but here you are, with me."

Me : "Actually, I'm here to celebrate on getting the job with my friends and they are looking at us now."

Jason : "Really? Where? (looks around)

(I pointed to a table at the corner where my friends were and they were looking at us shocked and confused especially Jessica.)

(I waved over Jason's shoulder to them and they slowly waved back.)

Jason : (looks at them then back at me) "So those are your friends?"

Me : "Yeah."

Jason : (lets go of me) "Okay then. I don't want to keep them waiting for you. I guess I'll see you around.

Me : "Yeah sure."

(He slowly leaned closer to me and kissed my cheek and I had butterflies in my stomach and my face turned red a bit.)

(He left and went to another table and I shoke off the feeling and went to my friend's table and joined them. When I sat down, they all looked at me shocked, especially Ace and he also kinda looked jealous.)

(I noticed that Jackson wasn't around and thought that I should ask about him just to change the subject.)

Me: "Uhh... Where's Jackson? I thought he was gonna join us this time."

Ace : "He stayed behind with my wife and the kids."

Me : "Okay."

Jessica : (moves closer to me) "Was that the angel from out of this world that you've been telling me about?"

Me : (chuckles nervously) "Yeah and we don't have to talk about him now."

Jessica : "Okay but I need more details after this okay?"

Me : "Sure."

(I looked over to Jason's table and saw him hanging with some of the guys and they were having a good time. He looked over my direction and our eyes met.)

(He winked at me and blew me a kiss and I caught it and blew him a kiss and he caught it. We both smiled at each other and when I turned around, I saw Ace looking at me with a weird expression on his face.)

(When our eyes met, He just looked at me with a jealousy expression and looked away and drank his drink.)

(I grabbed my glass and raised it and made a toast. I was about to take a sip, then I heard my favorite song being played.)

(I put the glass down and went to the dance floor and Jessica joined me except Ace. I didn't care about him, I mean it was my time not his.)

(While we were dancing, Jason came out of nowhere and gave me a bear hug and it was so awesome.)

Jason : (whispers in my ear) "Wanna have some real fun?"

Me : "Yeah. Sure."

Jason : "Follow me."

(Jason started walking and I followed him. We walked to the back door and went into a secret passage that led us to a red door that's being guarded by a tall muscular man.)

(Jason gave him some money and he opened the door. We walked in and he closed the door. I looked around and it looked like a VIP bedroom because it had fancy stuff and a bed.)

(Jason turned to me and smiled.)

Jason : "Now that we are alone and no one can disturb us, we could pick up from where we left off."

Me : "Are you sure?"

Jason : (walks towards me) "Yeah I'm sure. I told that guy to not let anyone in here until we are out of here."

Me : "Okay. But don't you think it's a bit soon for this?"

Jason : "Maybe. Look if you don't want to do it, then it's fine. I'm not gonna force you. I'll tell you one thing, and that is, you can't make anyone you want a fool. If you didn't want to do it, you could've said no before we could come here.

Me : "Look Jason. I'm not saying that I don't want to do it. It's just that I feel like we are rushing things."

Jason : "Okay then. We'll slow down a bit. I mean we could go on two or three dates first and see how it works out, okay?"

Me : "No. Well I just made up my mind. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity and I'm not gonna let it slip away."

(I grabbed Jason by his collor and pulled him close to me and kissed him. He was shocked a bit and he kissed me back.)

(I kissed him passionately and deeped the kiss until I was out of breath and he did the same thing. After a while, I pulled away and looked at him with a smile.)

(A few seconds later, He carried me to the bed while kissing me and I felt like I was the only girl in the galaxy. He laid me down on the bed and looked at me with a smirk.)

(He took off his shirt to reveal his perfect and hard abs. He leaned closer to me and kissed me again. He pulled up my shirt but this time I let him.)
