Leah’s POV
The day after boxing day I was straight back to work. Lorenzo said I didn’t need to work the weekend, but with having the extra few days off at Christmas, I felt like I needed to put in some hours., so I on Saturday morning I went back to the studio.
Luca was training anyway, the conversation with his dad went well, and Lorenzo agreed to fully be behind his career choices. This made me so happy for them, but it was bittersweet, as I thought of my own parents.
My thought of them now much fewer and far between, but it still hurts.
Luca and I had met up for dinner and, well, the best bit, desert, almost every day since Christmas day. We didn’t seem to spend that much time outside the bedroom when we were together.
