CHURCHILL AS HISTORIAN £20,000 FOR NEW WORK London, February 21 The “Daily Telegraph” understands that Mr. Winston Churchill has agreed to write a “History of the English-speaking Peoples,” running into 400,000 words. Cassells, the well-known publishers, are paying over £20,000 for the copyright.
