CHAPTER THREE "Hello, Ann," Jill slurred, waving coyly with just her fingers. "'Jill? Good God! What's with you?" Ann gasped. Jill pushed past the very pretty, very slender dark-haired girl. "Need some booze," she said fuzzily. "Mine ran out." Ann closed the door quickly and started after Jill. Jill's fogged, whirling eyes were focused on the liquor cabinet. The knob on the glass door seemed to avoid her fingers for a very long time. Finally, she held the cabinet still with one hand and grabbed the knob with the other. "No you don't!" Ann snapped, slamming the door shut, hard. The glass rattled ominously. Jill rocked back, astonished. She turned slowly and carefully, rotating her whole body, rather than just her head.
