20 As I came into the building, I noticed the guard wasn't there. That wasn't so rare; sometimes, he just stepped out of his post to go to the loo. So I just signed my name on the entrance list (if I didn't, I would have to explain in excruciating detail what I was doing inside when I wanted to go out).
