Three Hours Luna!

Aiden started breathing slowly, watching as Hazel fell on her knees. He saw the tears that was rolling down her cheek.
"Hazel... Don't do anything!" He said.
"She won't listen to you Aiden. She's under my command as her master" Dean interrupted him. Aiden went round the table and grabbed Hazel's hand. He pulled her up and started dragging her away.
"Come back here Hazel!" Dean spoke softly but in an ordering tone.
Hazel stopped walking. Aiden also stopped and turned to face her.
"Let's go" he said.
"I'm sorry" she whispered and pushed Aiden's hand from her hand. She slowly went back to Dean and fall on her knees again. Xavier and Adele stretched their head to see if she would really kiss dean's feet. Of course, she did it. She kissed Dean's feet in the presence of everyone, including Aiden.
"Good girl. You should keep on eating sweetheart" he said. She sat back on the chair and drew it closer to the table. She stole glances at Aiden and looked away. She had tears hidden in her eyes. She just didn't know how to let it out.
Dean slipped his hand into his pocket and gave his brother a mocking smile. He sat beside Hazel and continued eating his meal.

Out of annoyance, Aiden walked out of there. He went to his room and locked the door behind.

"I've never seen Aiden upset because of a girl" Adele laughed.
"His mate" Xavier corrected her.
"Oh, I see. This thing turns out to be his mate. So bad. Dean's slave is Aiden's Luna"
Hazel raised her head and shot Adele a hard glare. She quickly lowered her gaze and faced her meal.

The next morning, Hazel woken up quite early to receive some fresh air. It rained yesterday, making the weather cold. Still, she wanted some air.
She sat outside the porch, with her hands leaning on her knees. She thought of her parents and her human boyfriend as she sat there quietly.
"Mind if I sit with you?" She heard Aiden's voice from behind.
She turned her head and stole glances from him.
"Dean will wake up anytime soon" she said.
"I won't take much of your time" that was his response. Her silence meant for him to go ahead. He sat down close to her and held his hands together.
"I see you aren't cold" he said.
"Wolves are warm blooded. I hardly get cold" she replied not staring at him. He noticed that Hazel wasn't feeling comfortable with him around her. He stretched his hands forward to touch her face but...
"Don't touch me" she said. She finally turned her head to face him. Aiden just didn't understand.
"I'm doing this for you. If you touch me, Dean would perceive your scent on my body. It's better you stay away from me" she said and stood up.
"I wish I could just accept you as my Luna. I can't bare to see you like this"
"Then do it" she shot him a hard glare.
"I can't. I just can't do anything without Dean's permission" he said.
Tears rolled down her cheek. She tried to leave but Aiden pulled her back.
"I promise, I'll take you out of this mess" he said.
"I need to leave now" she said and walked away, pulling back her hand. Aiden watched her as she walked away. He tightened his fist, he has made a promise to her already and he must fulfill it.

Hazel got into her room and saw Dean was just waking up. He sat up on her bed and threw his feet down. He then sniffed in like he caught someone's scent. With his naked body, he stood up and walked towards Hazel. He sniffed her neck and face.
"Why do I perceive Aiden's scent on you?" He asked.
"Oh, on my way here, I rubbed his hands against mine" she lied, showing him the hand he grabbed earlier.
He remained calm and touched her face.
"Good girl" he kissed her forehead and started wearing his clothes.
"You should rest today. I need to see my father" he said.
"Sure" she replied. She needed some time to sleep since Dean didn't let her sleep last night. After he left, she closed the door and climbed her bed. She didn't even feel like eating anything. She closed her eyes and tried to doze off.

Dean walked into his father's room and stood by the door. He saw Xavier and Aiden with him. He was coughing hard. It was like there would be no sign of coughing.
Adele walked in with a glass of water.
"Here it is" she handed the glass to Aiden. Aiden took it and slowly fed it to his father. The water was stained with his blood as he gulped it down.
He sighed and cleared his throat.
"Are you okay father?" Dean asked.
"I don't think I'm going to last any longer. I feel very weak" he spoke. He faced Dean. With his sad eyes, he blinked at him, indirectly telling him to come closer.
"You stink of woman. Who is it? Aiden's mate?" He asked.
Dean and Aiden exchanged glances. Now wasn't the time to quarrel with each other.
"Why do you ask father?"
"Aiden told me everything. You'll have to give her up. I know how it is to loose one's personal slave" he said and coughed again but this one was worse.
"Father, I can't let her..."
"Dean, listen to me. You must let go of her. Give Aiden the permission to accept her as his Luna. You will see her everytime but not as your slave but your queen Luna" he said.
"Father..."
"Aiden, you should prepare. I'll be giving you the title today. The other Alphas will be coming. Remember that you are going to be the king of all Alphas. Be strong and not weak" he said.
"Yes father, you should save your strength before they appear here. Rest now" he said.
Without uttering another word, he laid down to sleep.
"He looks so pale" Xavier said and sniffed in. He has been crying silently that no one even paid attention to him till he spoke.
Aiden stood up from his father's bed and walked to his you her brother.
"It's okay" he said. He walked pass Dean and head out. Dean followed him behind.
"Hey Aiden, I won't be listening to father. You can punch me if you want to. I know your announcement is tonight and you can't do that without a mate. I will give her to you once they arrive till once they leave. You must not! Touch her!" He said.
"That sounds like a deal but remember, she would become mine at the end" he said.
"You wish" Dean frowned and walked away.
Aiden smirked and walked away.

After some hours, the Alphas started arriving. Some didn't even know that Aiden was the next Alpha king. He looked so gentle and pale.
They even started to murmur behind him. The waiters went round, serving drinks and everything to everyone.
Adele walked to Aiden.
"They are complete now"
"Thanks" he said and turned to leave.
"You know, Dean is right. You don't need to make that girl your mate. Just wait for some years and the moon goddess will you give you another chance" she said.
"Adele, we aren't friends nor family so don't talk to me" he said and walked away. Adele felt hurt by those words.
Aiden found his way to his father's room to help him to the hall room.

"Why am I dressed in these?" Hazel asked.
"You will become Aiden's Luna for just three hours. After his announcement, leave and come back to your room" He said.
"Sure, I understand" she replied, trying to adjust the gown she wore. She wasn't used to wearing gowns.
"Good girl" Dean smiled.

Meanwhile, Aiden has promised to use that three hours to deal with his brother.
He slowly walked out with his father on a wheelchair. Everyone saw him and kept mute. They all held their glass of champagne in their hands.
"I'm happy to see all of you present here" he said.
"We will come on every good occasion Alpha!" One of them said.
Aiden's father tried to laugh.
"I see. Thank you once again for coming. I won't waste much of your time because I don't have enough time myself. My son, Aiden would be tagged as the next Alpha king" he said.
Everyone started to murmur.
"Are you going to let your weak son rule us?" He asked.
"Aiden is not weak. He is as strong as I am" he fired back.
"If you say so then, where is his mate? We need to see his mate before he can be tagged as the next Alpha king" one of the alpha said again.
Aiden lowered his head and stared at his father. He also saw his father staring at him. He gave his father a reassuring smile.
From distance, he saw Hazel walking out from her room. She walked slowly and elegantly like a princess. The Alphas saw her and smiled. She was really beautiful.
The Alpha finally smiled on seeing Hazel.
"She is a strong girl" he murmured. Aiden pondered on what his father just said.
"Strong?" He thought.
