{Violet’s POV}
The surprise on everyone’s face in the small crowd wasn’t hidden. They were confused.
“You’re vouching for her, Aiden?” A girl asked Aiden who was leaning against the counter, arms folded with a smoke in his mouth.
“Yes!” Aiden said firmly and they all turned to look at me.
“You heard, Aiden. Give the girl a drink.” The same girl said and someone started to pour me a drink. He was literally hurrying with the spills and even had some on the counter.
The guy arrowed a drink at Aiden. “Here you go, Aiden. Sorry man.”
Aiden didn’t take it. He looked at the guy with a glare. “I said give ‘her’ a drink, not me.” He said and the guy hesitantly turned to me.
“Here you go.” He said and I took the drink from him. It was a chilled cup of margarita.
