The Replacement Publishing Project.
The young actors and actresses Person Replacement Project of Alice Ventura was a great way of finding future actors and actresses.
Any young person who had the ability to act was recruited for this publishing project.
Joseph Yale was one such person who was recruited for the Person Replacement Project.
Every month he would be given a different role to play. He needed to do the role as authentically as possible. A book and a video of his acting was then released.
The first month Joe had to act as a crippled boy for a family who had lost their crippled teenage son in a bus accident.
