The body guard had just came out of the hospital after using his boss's influence to retrieve the information they needed from the doctor and drove to the company to see his boss. Mean while his boss was seated in his office going through some paper work when his phone rang and he picked "hi mom" he said "Jake honey, how are you doing, have you eaten, have you been eating well" she asked bombarding him thousand questions in one go, "mom I'm fine you don't have to ask too many questions at a time, you know am a grown man now and am capable of taking care of myself" he said. "OK I've heard but one more thing before you hang up, since you're so busy to even find a woman for your self to give me grand babies, I've decided to pick a wife for you myself, I'll be sending her pictures and make sure you check them out" she said before hanging up without giving him room to argue or object.

Jake white is a CEO of JW jewelries, the most famous and prestigious company that deal with pure gold jewelries. He is very famous, fierce and also feared for his influence and power but he is very soft when it comes to issues concerning his mom, he loves her that. He was lost in thought when a knock at the door broke him out of his thoughts "Come in" he said. The door opened and in walked the guard he assigned to watch liliana." good day boss" said the guard. "good day Thomas, what did you find"he asked looking up at Thomas while leaning back on his chair.

Thomas cleared his throat before he started speaking" I got to the hospital and found out she went there for a pregnancy test and it was positive" Jake became speechless as he stared into nothingness not knowing what next to say or do"thank you thomas you can leave now. If that child she's carrying is mine then I'm gonna make sure she becomes mine as well. He thought.

Liliana woke up the following morning feeling refreshed, with a new sense of purpose and also with the intention of going job hunting because she was already running low on cash and she needed to start work as soon as possible to be able to save up for her uborn child, she was still stretching her arms when she received a new mail in her phone, she quickly checked it and realized it was a notification for a vacancy for the post of a secretary in the top most famous and prestigious gold jewelry company. She got notified because she turned on the notification on her phone for available job vacancies. She quickly got ready and took one last look at her reflection in the mirror to make sure she's looking smart before leaving.

Liliana stood in front of the tall sky scrapper feeling a sense of inferiority complex wash over her "You can do this" she said to herself walking into the tall building. She saw a pretty lady at the reception and walked upto her "hi my name is Liliana Luke am here for the interview for the post of a secretary".

The lady looked at her and offered a friendly smile before replying "morning miss Liliana just wait a minute someone will be coming to take you to see the manager" the lady said and immediately putting a call through to someone. Three minutes lady another lady with red hair walked up to Liliana "Liliana Luke?" she asked Liliana, "yes I am" came liliana's respond. "Alright follow me" she said and turned walking towards the manager's office with Liliana following behind.

The lady knocked the door to the manager's office before opening and letting Liliana in and then she left. "good morning miss Liliana please have a seat" the manager said offering her a seat. She sat down and handed her documents to him, to her surprise he just flipped through a few pages and handed it back to her" you're hired and you'll be starting tomorrow" he said. She was so happy and perplexed at the same time because she thought there was going to be a tough and competitive interview "just like that, I mean aren't you going to ask me questions or an interview " she expressed. "I already know what there is to know about you and I think you're just the right person for this job" he replied. Liliana was so happy she almost jump out of the chair she was seating on "oh thank you very much sir, I promise you won't regret giving me this job" she said standing upto leave. " Alright I'll be expecting you tomorrow" he said. Liliana left the building very happy and in high spirit, she stood by the road side trying to wave down a taxi when a different car pulled over in front of her

and wined down the window glass revealing a pretty young lady with blonde curled hair "Anna?!! " Liliana shouted with surprise evident in her voice, Anna is Liliana's best friend from college. They both lost contact when Anna moved. "In the flesh the flesh" the blonde replied with a sweet smile plastered on her face. She quickly opened her car door, came out and crashed into Liliana with a bone crushing hug"i miss you so much Lili "." And I miss you too Ann" Liliana said returning the hug. Anna gave Liliana a very painful pinch on her arm after the hug" ouch what's that for? "she asked anna.

"That's for not calling me all this while" Anna replied. "am sorry I lost your number after you left",liliana said. "come on get in the car let's catch up if you're not busy" "OK" Liliana said as they both got in the car and drove off.

Jake was watching them the whole time through the glass window since his office was at the top of the building. "seriously, what's with you and this girl?" came a male voice from behind him. He turned and saw Alan his best friend and manager of his company. Turned out they were friends and Liliana's employment was just a set up by Jake to make sure she's always close by so he can see her whenever he wants to "Don't you know how to knock" said Jake taking his seat. "I wanted to caught you in the act, seriously what's with you and the girl? " Alan asked pressed expecting an explanation. Jake replied seeming pissed, "none of your business, now get out I need to work" Jake said with a stern face. "suit yourself" Alan said walking out of the office.

Liliana and Anna sat across each other in the Cafe when a waiter approached them to take their orders "good afternoon ladies, may I take your order?" the waiter asked with a polite, professional smile. "just two cups of coffee for now will do" Anna said "No I'll have juice instead" Liliana quickly interrupted before the waiter left. Anna was giving Liliana a look that screams suspicion " Anna stop looking at me like that, okay?" Liliana said. "Why did you ask for juice instead of coffee because I know you like coffees more than I do so spill" Anna said giving her an expectant look. Liliana released a heavy breath she didn't know she was holding. What's the point of hiding it, sooner than later i will have a baby bomb anyway. She thought before replying Anna.

"I'm pregnant".
